A Deck of Animals (Full Size)

This theme behind this project was to make a "hand" of cards. I cut out templates of a card dimension and drew on my animal sketches, and then glued them on to actual cards to get the look and feel of an actual deck.

I replicated the face cards of a deck (Jack, Queen, King, Ace, and the Joker) and tried to use an alliteration for each of the cards.

Jack = Jaguar

Queen = Quail

King = Kangaroo

Ace = Anaconda

Joker = just a joker Cat :D

I started by painting the background of each of the cards using acrylic paint, then coloring in the animals with colored pencils. Finally, I added details with black ink and white paint.
